(More customer reviews)I just finished reading the Book "Genesis: Beginning & Blessing" by R. Kent Huges. I have always been told that the key to understanding the entire Bible is based upon a solid knowledge of Genesis. I now understand why! R. Kent Huges writes Biblical commentary is a clear and consise manner, and makes the book of Genesis come to life. The characters, their purposes, and the detailed historical background reveals much about human nature and, more importantly, about the nature of God. I am so delighted by R. Kent Huges' ability to write in a straightforward and unambiguous manner that I will continue to add his many other commentaries to my Christian bookshelf.
